Turned around twisted right ankle in shoe wear with no good support fell on right knee right hand and also twisted left ankle.

Employee went to use the restroom next to MPR but it was occupied. Employee turned around in order to leave when right foot twisted on shoe wear employee lost balance and fell on right knee and hand trying to balance off.
