Assessing Patient safety after patients bed was torn

Around [REDACTED] Y xray came to room 1 to do a chest x-ray. Somehow they perforated the clinitron bed the patient was in and sand began to go everywhere. When attempting to cover the side that was affected I accidently inhaled some sand.
