Before the incident
Assisting the resident in his apartment. Resident wanted help getting from his recliner to his wheelchair.
What happened
EE assisted resident out of the recliner chair and into his wheelchair. While in the standing position the resident stepped back to sit down and lost his balance. The resident fell into the EE as she guided him down to the chair. During this transition the resident hit the EE in her chest bone with his elbow.
