What happened
On [REDACTED] approximately around [REDACTED] I went to baggage service office where I got injured. We had received a call from a passenger and an agent was needed to assist them in the baggage office. When I got there no one had seemed to be there. I unlocked and opened the front door and left my hand against the side of where the door closes. As I did that I called our [REDACTED] phone to confirm if someone would be there meaning I was trying to multitask while my had was still placed there. I had my body and foot holding the door and in the midst of doing that somehow the door was quick enough to shut close and got my finger. I noticed my nail was lifted it swelled up started bleeding and then felt pain.
