[REDACTED] was replacing a [REDACTED] tire and found the new tire leaning at a normal angle against the air compressor in the tire change cart. When he pulled the tire to prepare to roll it off the cart it did not budge and he immediately felt a shock-like pain in his lower body. He thinks the tire was hung up on something.
