What happened
On [REDACTED] I was working on the ticket counter checking in two unaccompanied minors who were traveling with 4 boxes. while lifting one of the boxes that almost fell I felt a small pain when grabbing the box but I didnt think nothing of it because it wasnt very painful. After hours past I started to feel the pain. I told my manager about the incident but I told him I should be okay Ill go home to see if the pain goes away I probably just strained a muscle. The next day the pain was unbearable but I still went to work. I was able to put Icey hot and take ibuprofen. The pain was still unbearable even just walking around assisting agents at the gate
