[REDACTED] was in the bin of ATLIND [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) at [REDACTED] unloading bags on [REDACTED]. When she exited the bin she felt aching her right knee. She completed the rest of the shift unloading additional flights. When she got home she performed self-care first aid and iced and elevated the leg in addition to taking OTC pain medication. After walking into work today on [REDACTED] her knee felt stiff and tight with less ache and more pain specifically when bending rotating and twisting.
