IFS - Cabin Prep Arrival

The EE was preparing the cabin for landing when the aircraft experienced turbulence. The EE temporarily became airborne and the left side of his head struck side panel of the aircraft. The EE suffered dizziness as well as pain in the base of his neck and this pain radiated down his spine to his shoulder blades. The EE also suffered pain in his left shoulder and pain with swelling in his left thumb. No first aid was provided during this flight. The EE sought medical attention
