What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee gate checked a carry-on and felt soreness when she was rolling the bag to the end of the jetbridge. She advise the Red Coat on duty. After further questioning employee mentioned then that she had soreness in her left arm for 10 day. She stated that she lifted a heavy78lb bag alone and placed it on the belt. It tipped over and she over extended then twisted her arm. VAT was closed. Will call [REDACTED] with employee for recommendation. Upon calling VAT the next day they recommended for her to seek medical care. Employee went to concentra and was given medication and restriction to not use her left arm. Pending for workability form to be complete and possible transitional duty.
