What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] ATLPHL [REDACTED] employee worked the arrival and inbound. He offloaded the forward cargo bin with the proper PPE (knee pads) He did not feel any discomfort until he exited the bin went down the belt loader and started to walk. Once he started to walk the top of his left kneecap had sharp pains which gave some discomfort. He then applied more weight to his right leg.
