IFS - Service - Prep Setup Takedown

Crew had been briefed to stay seated until pilot called and gave them permission to get up. Approx 30 to 40 min into the flight they were allowed to get up and pilot turned seatbelt sign off. As the crew was prepping for service FA reports there was severe turbulence and it caused her to bounce around and hit her tailbone on the floor she hit her left hip and left upper thigh up against the lavatory door and beverage cart.
