What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was preparing to dispatch a flight when his next flight arrived requiring wireless headsets to meet the arrival. While working on a belt loader [REDACTED] reached for a wireless headset being handed by another employee in the front bin of the aircraft. During this action [REDACTED] missed a step off the front of the belt loader and fell forward landing on his face. After the fall he noticed a gash above his left eyebrow which was possibly caused by his glasses during the impact. *All required PPE was being used during the incident**
