When exiting the CMV he stepped onto the road and felt immediate pain in his right leg near the achilles tendon. After which he continued to his destination in [REDACTED] where the pain continued to be bother some. When returning back to [REDACTED] he pulled off the driver board sick to address and rest his leg.
