Installing a front end
What happened
EE was installing a front end on the frame line when the front end swung into the left side of their face. Upon investigation the front-end frame moved due to the Jhooks being moved during a frame folding of a large frame truck at the front of the line. This pushed all J-hooks together down the line and striking the EE in the face.
