What happened
Associate was moving a skid of empty clean dunnage to drive aisle by hand an nearby associate operating a forklift noticed this and stopped to help. When the forklift associate attempted to move the skid that skid bumped into some other nearby staged skids causing one of them to brush dunnage associate 's leg.
Injury or illness
Left thigh contusion and left thigh open wound after being brushed by nearby skid that was being moved. Associate had a pre-existing personal condition that was unknown to us at the time of injury that contributed to their injury being more severe than would be normally expected from this type of incident.
