I went to straight stick the patient. When I straight stuck her and went to remove the butterfly needle the needled glided firmly under my left pointer finger firmly. There was no draw of blood from me and my glove was in tact. We are concerned though as I have an open seed wart on the exact same finger this happened on. It may be slim chances but I feel uncomfortable with any type of exposure of any sort.
