Before the incident
Employee was helping maintenance man remove lodged film [REDACTED] from arbor shaft.
What happened
Employee was helping to lift the roll of filmstock with the purpose of striking the shaft against the ground and using gravity to aid in the removal of the lodged chuck. Upon the 3rd lift and strike the film chuck became dislodged and the film fell rapidly to the ground which crushed the IP 's fingers between the film roll and the ground.
