Attempting to open up HEX [REDACTED] with a pneumatic socket tool to loosen bolts for the heat exchanger.
What happened
Mechanic was working on Heat Exchanger 1 while using the air wrench. While holding the L shaped bracket almost like a handle he started driving the wrench forward which would be the direction for the bolt to come loose. When doing do his hand became wedge between the L ' shaped handle bracket mechanism and the outside frame of the heat exchanger driving pressure to his right hand.
