On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was notified of an incoming Patient being brought in by the Decatur Police Department and Emergency Medical Services. We were notified by Emergency Room Staff that they would need us to standby at the room because of the combative nature of this individual. The individual was brought into the ER #16 by the Decatur police dept. at [REDACTED]. The individual later identified as [REDACTED] was highly irate.
