Got up out of chair stepping up to printer to reach for papers. felt like something snapped in my lower back and tremendous pain shot over my body from tingling in my arms and all way down in my legs and feet I could not move for a few minutes and it almost brought me down. As I tried to get back to my chair pain was still all over.
