Before the incident
While walking down the stairs exiting the trailer the employee fell catching himself with his right arm resulting in discomfort to his right shoulder On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a CTS driver with over 3 YOS (DOH [REDACTED] 16 21) suffered a right shoulder arm sprain While using three points of contact to exit the trailer at [REDACTED] Store in [REDACTED] the EE stepped onto the flat surface and their left knee buckled causing EE to nearly fall EE kept holding onto the handle of the trailer causing the arm and shoulder to stretch out this then caused the right shoulder pain Axiom was called and EE was put on 1staid measures for the weekend On [REDACTED] EE called EHS Specialist and asked to go see a Dr when they arrive to the DSC On [REDACTED] EHS Specialist took EE to [REDACTED] Dr after receiving medical attention the EE was diagnosed with a right bicep strain EE was released to full duty with no restrictions but prescribed PT
