On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the employee exited the tractor to walk to the back of the trailer to complete a pretrip inspection close the trailer doors and to secure the load for transport from Tejas Logistics to the Sherwin Williams Waco DSC We know the team member closed the left trailer and that the load was strapped and secured The employee was found lying on the ground behind the trailer by a passerby who reported to Waco Fire Station 1 With the ongoing hospitalization limiting employee availability and the lack of eye witnesses the investigation is ongoing to determine actual root cause and contributing factors
