Incident Description: On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the CTS driver was dropping a trailer at the [REDACTED] yard and while the driver was walking in between trailers their right forearm contacted a metal spur on the side of the trailer that was parked next to his The driver stated he felt a stick and a pop in his right forearm The visibility is very limited due to poor lighting in the [REDACTED] yard Once the driver arrived back at the [REDACTED] he reported the incident to the CTS Safety Specialist The CTS Safety Specialist partnered up with Axiom for assistance first aid treatment was recommended The team member was instructed to seek medical attention at OccMed Express in [REDACTED] The physician diagnosed the team member with an arm contusion puncture piece of metal lodged into right forearm The team member was referred to consult with a General Surgeon
