Before the incident
I participated in a co-treatment on [REDACTED] with PT to move a bariatric patient to the edge of bed. Pt was moved successfully with a max assist of 4 people - 2 skilled therapists 1 rehab and pt 's RN. When moving the pt back to [REDACTED] after sitting up there was difficulty getting pt all the way back on the bed because of the way he had turned when moving. Rehab aide and I were on the L side of pt and had to pull him towards us and then to our left while other two PTAs were.
