Around [REDACTED] someone announced over the radio that someone has fallen on the bun line on my way to go see the employee I heard over the radio to call [REDACTED]. Once I arrived at the area of the incident the employee stated that she could not get up on her own The 1st shift bread supervisor asked her if she could get up on her own and she stated that she was not able to do so we did not feel comfortable with helping her up in case she was seriously injured and avoid any more damage. Based on that [REDACTED] the maintenance employee proceeded to call [REDACTED].
