What happened
Inside the gold cell room film pallets get delivered and set onto a raised metal platform. This platform sits roughly a foot off the ground allowing for team members to park their film carts alongside the platforms. When the film cart is level with the film pallet employees slide rolls of film onto their film cart. In need of more film an employee stationed their cart near the raised platform. At this time only 2 rolls of film remained on the pallet. Both film rolls were in the middle of the pallet which required the team member to bend over and reach with their arms extended to grab the roll of film. While getting back up the team member strained a muscle in their lower back.
