As the employee was chatting he began stepping back to his own work area when he stepped down on something in his work area. The employee wasn 't even sure what he stepped down on. Just that his foot did not come down even. There were two items in the area that could have been the cause. A moblie cart for moving equipment and the controls for a lift table.
