What happened
We had a TM walking through the east doors that take you from the front office area to the green cell hand wash area. As soon as the TM walked through the door the TMs right foot started to slide on the wet carpet to brace themselves the TM put their left hand on the wall which helped them not to fall to the ground. After the TM caught their balance they felt a pain in the left shoulder.
