What happened
Employee was carrying plastic sheets when the wind kicked up and caught the plastic on his right hand. This caused him to lose balance and he stepped backward to catch himself. Employee stepped backward into the access hatch unknowingly and fell through the roof about 20 feet to the next floor down.
