The associate was walking underneath the sawmill when a gust of wind blew foreign body into the associates eye All PPE was being utilized when the incident occurred The foreign body became lodged into the associates eye lid and after attempting to remove it by a first responder on site the debris was unable to be removed and further attention from the ER was needed to remove the piece of debris
