What happened
At the beginning of the shift the TJI department was running series 110x14 40 The mill was operating under normal conditions when the bundle cut operator noticed the paper wasnt fully covering the bundle After assessing the situation the team member instructed the trainee to reverse the roll case which would bring the bundle back inside of the bundle cut area
