What happened
12-16 REP TEXT SHE TOOK A WRONG STEP AND THINKS SHE SPRAINED HER ANKLE 12-17 REP TEXT IT WAS A BAD SPRAIN AND SHE WRAPPED AND ICED IT. SWELLING DOWN BUT PAINFUL. 12-19 REP EMAILED SHE WENT TO DOCTOR AND GOT XRAYS. NOTHING BROKEN REFERRAL TO SPECIALIST. I only verbally spoke with the rep today. I did not realize that it was an injury at work until we were speaking. She said she was working on the P&G stocking project [REDACTED] and she had dropped a box containing rolls of tape and thought she had picked it all up and ended up slipping on a roll on the floor. She then went and told the ASM [REDACTED] she slipped and was going home and would be back the next day to complete the project. The next day it was worse. [REDACTED] to my understanding she went to see the doctor and got xrays and referral to Ortho specialist. She said she has a doctor 's note to return to work on the [REDACTED].
