Driver had just finished hooking up trailer to truck and lines when he started to walk back to the truck The road was ripped up from tracks on shovel His toe caught a stick that was hidden in the ruts in the road that he noticed later after backing up The stick did not move and started the driver tipping over Driver fell onto knees and hands cutting his knees up on the rocks Driver finished getting load and wrapping up He took load to the mill and then went back to the shop to call it
