What happened
I was in the truck unloading boxes as usual. I stooped down to grab another chair box but when I lifted it up a sharp pain shot down my whole back. I took a second to try and stretch because of the pain. The pain was not ending so I tried taking some advil. When [REDACTED] pulled up on the cart I made him aware I needed to see the nurse due to back pain. The pain is a similar to a broken rib not allowing easy breathing.
