he OR team got called for an EGD they came into the facility patient condition was to unstable for procedure. The 2 ORT 's assisted the CRNA to attempt an a-line. There were several nurses in and out of the ICU room. [REDACTED] went around the bed and slipped and fell. she said there was liquid in the floor possibly from priming the IV tubing.
