What happened
TM was tasked with assembling and dissembling bin shelving in [REDACTED]. TM was removing the middle metal divider in between two shelves. TM removed the bottom bolts from metal divider As the TM attempted to hold the divider with their left hand the divider became unstable and fell. The divider fell to the right side of TM striking their right forearm.
