Before the incident
The crew was pouring concrete in the building. A pump was required to place the concrete in the work area. The hose running from outside was pushing on an interior wall. The crew stopped pumping to move the hose.

There were 10 guys on the hose they all pulled at the same time to move the hose away from the interior wall. With the volume of force applied the hose moved. [REDACTED] 's hand was under the hose when the hose came to a rest. At the time of the incident the right pinky got pinched in between the hose and a piece of steel on the ground.
