Before the incident
The employee was changing sandpaper on an orbital sander at the deflashing station. The employee was holding the sander in his right hand while pulling the sandpaper off with his left hand.

While the employee was pulling hard on the sandpaper the sandpaper came loose and his hand struck the metal edge of the deflashing table. The edge of the deflashing table was sharp causing a laceration
