Position reposition patient

Not sure I worked the first four hours of my shift and then went to lunch. When I got up to go back to work I noticed my back hurting. I continued to work the rest of my shift and noticed my back continuing to hurt. It started to spasm and I had a har d time getting into my car and into my house.
