Employee states: I am a Certified Peer Specialist community based and serve peers in [REDACTED]. I was with a peer during our scheduled visit at [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]. She was shooting her basketball into the hoop at the basketball court. I was standing with her and we were talking. A group of school aged children approx. [REDACTED] old entered the basketball court and began playing on the opposite side of the court. Soon they moved into the side of the court where my peer was shooting her ball. The peer became angry and aggressively yelled obscenities at the children. The children engaged and argued back with the peer. I made multiple attempts verbally to call the peer away and to stop. She initiated physical violence by punching one of the boys in the face. It then progressed into a physical fight and two boys physically knocked the peer to the ground and continuously punched and kicked the peer.
