What happened
[REDACTED] said he felt debris in his right eye towards the end of the day on [REDACTED] as he was taking his suit off and washing up. He remembered a little earlier he felt something as he was working so he thought maybe washing off and resting would do. He thought he would be fine and he left without saying anything to anyone. [REDACTED] he came in and started his day fine but he continued to feel debris as the morning went on. [REDACTED] reported this to [REDACTED] (supervisor) at [REDACTED] today. He was rinsed in the eyewash station but his lower lid seemed slightly swollen. He was sent to the clinic for further treatment.
