Repairing Mainline leak

Employees were re-posting a sign removed for an excavation. Three employees were holding onto the sign while it was moved into place. The employees believed the sign was set but when they let go the sign became unstable. The injured employee attempted to keep the sign in place by himself when the rest of the crew let go.
