What happened
Operator was cleaning extruder after seeing die lines in pipe. He moved corrugator approximately two feet from extruder and begin cleaning while the molds continued to rotate. He stood on the corrugator housing to reach the top of the bullet. Allegedly his lab coat touched a mold and began to pull him toward the corrugator. As he reached to pull the lab coat loose the molds closed on his hand.
