Worker was on a jobsite upgrading a water service. She was preparing to drill a hole in copper to attach a device with which to pull the copper under the asphalt.

While attaching the drill bit to the drill with a keyless chuck the glove of the index finger got caught. The drill tightened the glove which then fractured her finger.
