Before the incident
Employee was working with another employee to move a truck into the shop for maintenance with a tow chain and forklift to pull it in.
What happened
The employee was unhooking the chain from the truck hitch ball as he was unhooking the chain the other employee on the forklift put it in gear park and the forklift moved forwards resulting in the chain tightening up the other employee still had his hand on the chain and his finger got caught between hitch ball and chain.
