What happened
I was dumping a box full of trash from sweeping and put it on the bailer. When walking away another employee was struggling with a box and I tripped over it. I landed with my right arm fully extended to attempt to catch myself when I fell. Following my coworker and I trying to laugh it off I went to [REDACTED] and said Hey [REDACTED] I just fell on my arm really arms can I sit down for a moment. He replied do I need to write an incident report. I responded no it just hurts I don 't think anything is wrong with it.
