IW was pushing a cart used to lift and hold marine piling for the application of a spray coating.

The cart hit a divot in the concrete shifting the weight of the load. This shift caused the pole to pop up and out of the cart. When it fell to the ground it hit the side of the cart pushing it into the IW 's knee leg
