What happened
Debris in right Eye Per TM Statement: While working on line 17 labeler was using the air hose to dry the line 17 labeler wipe down brushes. TM had just complete the task and was attempting to retract the hose for storage into hose reel. The hose did not want to retract back in . TM then looked up towards hose reel felt debris fall into right eye behind the safety glasses.
