What happened
[REDACTED] was rinsing the steam table and preparing for it to be foamed. He was measuring the amount of chemical left inside of the portable foamer when he dropped the nozzle inside of the unit. He used his right arm to reach into the foamer to retrieve the nozzel. [REDACTED] he started to feel a mild irritation but continued working till [REDACTED] he states that he didn 't realize it had gotten that bad.
