An employee was assisting with moving a cart from the forklift when the cart upright rotated back smashing the employees left middle finger. The uprights are adjustable to allow to moving different material widths. Employee treated with first aid. Returned to work on [REDACTED] saying the finger was still hurting and extremely bruised. Employee sent to clinic and found to have a broken fingertip.
